I am a new seller, but now that I have the ability to earn commission of sales and meetings booked is very much appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and the clients we have the ability to build relationships with! I love my job and I love the people I am able to work with everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at IZEA has devoted their time, talents, passion and knowledge to each individual team member here at IZEA, no matter the employee position. They go above and beyond to ensure they are a mentor to their team. (Shoutout specifically to Managed Sales leaders!!)
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can't say enough about how amazing the PSP, SAP and Managed Services team are. I feel so lucky to work with such a great group each and everyday. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand and extend knowledge where they can. It makes a huge difference in work culture! IZEAn's rock!!
