They're accessible to everyone, they value and listen to everyone's feedback and take action on it, and they are truly invested in being good corporate citizens and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy completing tasks that have a positive effect on coworkers or customers. It's a great feeling when I see that my effort has made someone else's life just a little bit easier or better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very "come as you are" environment. Everyone is accepted how they are and for who they are, and we celebrate the things that make us unique. Our managers help us to excel in our jobs by assigning work that is best suited to our interests and abilities.
