I have been with IZEA for two years. When the pandemic started I witnessed my company's leaders do everything they could to ensure they did not have to let anyone go and were extremely transparent about everything. I have loved this company from day one and two years later that still hasn't changed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working alongside my team, problem-solving, interacting with clients, and company-wide meetings where I get to see people I don't normally get to see!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My specific team truly feels like a work family always there to help each other out and support each other with work-related and home-related situations!

The leadership team at IZEA has always gone above and beyond to make me feel like I'm not just a number and I'm cared about as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It truly feels like I'm part of one giant family and the company values align with whats important to me, encouraging work-life balance, celebrating diversity, and encouraging professional and personal growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's hard to say, I am very pleased with the benefits I have and I love the bonus structure in our department which provides a great incentive for us to reach/surpass our goals!
