Come to meetings prepared and ready to talk and accomplish what is on the agenda. Leave the meeting with actionable items.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is present and responsible. However, there are so many employees that those on the lower levels are not included in discussions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of the company, if you are at the corporate offices, is great and inclusive. However, if you are in the plant/manufacturing - you are often "left out" and forgotten about.
