Yes they do. They're lazy and do not cover as needed. Can't find them anywhere and if you do, they're always at a meeting when things are going wrong on the production floor. They disappear like roaches when lights are turned on.

Leading, strategy, and business skills

Leadership can improve by resigning.

Not using intimidation to attain goals.

Collaborative internally so we can be competitive externally.

I have two coworkers that help when I specifically ask for their assistance.

Enjoyable to work with and learn from

people are well qualified and good at their job

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

We need more coverage. Coworkers get easily aggravated and start calling in to work making overtime inevitable. We have many with family issues who use fmla and are gone for weeks at times. Others use bogus excuses and are given time off also while the rest of us cover for them. We are tired!!

Better assessment of work styles and pairing workers to best utilize work styles.

Review from Operations Dept

There is a clear divide between departments. Not much appreciation for what other department responsibilities are. Poor cross-functional communication.

Review from Operations Dept

Come to meetings prepared and ready to talk and accomplish what is on the agenda. Leave the meeting with actionable items.

Opportunity to have my voice heard

I got to meet with a wide variety of plant management during the process.

Super greatSuper greatSuper greatSuper great

How you were interviewed by more than 1 person.

The interviewing partners listened to my skills and placed me according to the potential benefit to the company, not based on the job listing.

Review from Operations Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Faster with the overall process.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

I enjoying going to work

Interacting with technicians. A lot of good, smart, talented people on the front lines of the plant

Knowing I'm making a great family staple food product

Being able to have fun and still get jobs done

Review from Product Dept

Busy, productive days that keep me on my toes are what I enjoy most.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Once again, get rid of the bullies.

Currently lacking people to cover spots on shifts. If we had more coverage, there would be less issues on the floor. Which managers seem to not care about.

Better worker(Talents) integration (better care with position placements).

Review from Operations Dept

In a company so large, there is little accentuation on the individual and their contributions to the company. Many days it feels like you are helping check the boxes off of someone else's "to do" list with no real impact yourself.
