Overall, very positive. The company makes a noticeable effort to foster an environment where people can thrive, especially if we show up and do our part. The only area for improvement I see is with internal communication. That could be better.

It's supportive and focused, but we don't take ourselves so seriously we forget to have fun.

JobNimbus cares deeply about hiring the "right" people who can make a positive contribution to the company and it's customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is BUSY, but they still take time to check in with their direct reports and support them when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have to pay for my high-deductible medical plan, which is great! If I'm healthy, I can keep building equity in my HSA. However, if I have an emergency, the deductible can be financially painful.
