Free food once a week is a huge plus! The people I work with make it much more enjoyable.

They take time to talk to you, they are a lot more involved on a personal level that other leadership that I have had elsewhere

The people interviewing me helped make it feel fun and not so awkward. They used some jokes and we talked about our hobbies as well. Felt appreciated personally and that my time was valuable
