This is my favorite job I've had in my career and the absolute best workplace I've ever been in. Even when I get extremely busy I care about what I'm doing and want to do it to the best of my ability. The culture is more than a nice list of bullet points, but truly lived by everyone here.

People genuinely care about each other and want to build meaningful relationships.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent and honest about company matters and keep everyone informed. Examples of living the company values and encouraging everyone to do the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone comes together to solve problems and work together for the best outcome possible. Egos don't get in the way of progress and getting things done together as a team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They didn't only care about me being a good fit for the position, but that the position was a good fit for me and that I would be happy here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I have a meaningful place in the company and my contributions are making a difference. My efforts don't go unappreciated by leadership and compliments are not held back.
