It's good, I just wish we had more options for work from home

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You can easily jump and make 30% more annually (minimum) for Associate-level. Upside is good as you progress to Partner.

A global company that doesn't practice what they learn from clients. The protect the upper management and more senior level staff and pay more. Lower level they don't care if people leave.
