Love the company and the work I do but the C suite continues to increase their earnings year over year, all while RIFing internal staff, not providing merits and awarding minimal bonuses and 401k contributions to their employees. Too worried about share price; not worried enough about their people.

How's the vacation policy at Korn Ferry?
I believe you start with three weeks vacation, move to four weeks at two years. You also have two weeks of sick time, all major holidays off, including MLK Jr., Presidents Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and the US offices close between Christmas Day and New Years Day.
