Great listener as always and reliable
Good leadership team very strong agile and values all opinions.
They have always been supportive, open to new ideas and fair in their treatment of people.
They are polished and professional
Good strong leadership that wants you to suceed.
Scientific literacy: most of the people in leadership positions aren't able to define the difference between science and pseudoscience. Statistical integrity: there is a pervasive lack of concern for statistical best-practices, p-hacking, post-hock hypotheses, and pre-determined results.
Actually lead the business or try to
Over promote, arrogant and have no people skills. If you are not a manager you are just pond scum
Review from HR Dept
Validating employees' efforts. Maybe get better at firing themselves and replacing themselves with individuals who are interested in doing some work.
Review all employees including senior staff. Practice what you preach (and sell to your clients).
Allowances are fair and comprehensive
Strong healthcare and 401k plan
Fair salary and comp package. Benefits are pretty expensive.
The base salary is very competitive
Could have been cheaper, a bit pricey for ppo
Review from Operations Dept
Merit increases, a better 401K offering and a more transparent bonus process
Higher base and/or bonus pay
Pay market rates and provide an annual bonus or share scheme
Korn Ferry is not at par in the market, especially in the PH. We hope we can have better benefits such as performance bonuses.
Review from HR Dept
Every year without a pay raise is an effective pay cut. In real terms my compensation never increased.
Objective and time efficient and effective
I work with the best of the best in our business
Strong leadership and very creative.
They are all very intelligent and knowledgable.
Hard workers who go above and beyond for no benefit
Review from Operations Dept
Limited interaction with others. There is no culture
The entire company leadership needs to be overhauled
I work with consummate professionals who are all experts in their space
Company culture is fine, very hard in a remote environment. Would love company team re-treats.
Team culture was positive, but the company's was non-existent. Felt more like a contractor living on borrowed time.
There is no positive. The workload is crazy
They empower you and your goals
Review from Operations Dept
Become a company rather than a coalition of willing entrepreneurs.
Get rid of sociopathic executives, have actual values (not just lip-service), have ethics (name one client we voluntarily refused on ethical grounds), stop working people into the ground, practice what you preach, learn what scientific integrity is.
Asking staff how they feel, having zero tolerance for bad behaviour, invest in the development of their own people
The US exec team need to let local markets manage themselves. Allow us to be successful
Reduced bureaucracy, incentive plans need a radical overhaul, focus on internal equity, greater transparency, more delegated authority to local leaders.
Review from Operations Dept
Very quick they usually know what they want in a candidate.
The interview process can be long. Multiple interviews and assessments. I love the assessments, but the company could probably streamline the process overall.
I spoke to intelligent people where it was more about having a conversation than an interview
Opportunity to interact with hiring manager
It was an easy process
Review from Operations Dept
Experienced the inefficiency of KF recruitment first hand. While working there they used their "expertise" and foisted a senior developer who has zero coding experience onto our team. God help our clients. In my opinion, KF has no place placing technical or specialized talent.
More accurately described opportunities with partnership.
Long interview process with lots of behavioral questions that had nothing to do with the job description.
The ability to really solve our client's problems
Getting to work on projects I love.
The people and the freedom granted.
The ability to do what i would like
The people and work/life flexibility
Review from Operations Dept
To many layoffs quality of work slipping

There's a big focus on selling psychometric profiles that, by their very nature, favor people who profile like those already in the majority group (e.g. neurotypical straight white men). There is also a pervasive view that the "code monkeys" who made the bread-and-butter you sell are mere tools.
Engage employees on a personal level and tell the CEO to have some self awareness.
Better treatment and pay for employees. Fair workloads and more support in leadership
Everything that has to do with internal bureaucracy and politics
