Delegating. Leaders should stop thinking they know everything.

Understand the needs of your RPO teams and stop doing everything on the cheap. Provide them with the proper tools to get the job done quickly and effeciently. Stop penny pinciing and invest. You need to invest a little if you really want to make project profitable.

Internal pay equity is very poor

No bonus or placement fee for candidates placed. Have KPIs but no reward for hitting them.

You can easily jump and make 30% more annually (minimum) for Associate-level. Upside is good as you progress to Partner.

Reduced bureaucracy, incentive plans need a radical overhaul, focus on internal equity, greater transparency, more delegated authority to local leaders.
