What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should the advice we give to clients to Korn Ferry internally. They should be more honest with employees and demonstrate care for their people with action, not just words.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was 12 years ago, but I was assessed using (then) Hay Group methodology. Although I had no consulting experience, I was given a chance thanks to my behavioral profile. This is rare.
