Overall, L.L. Bean is a great place to work. The direct leadership are fantastic people, the atmosphere is positive, the pay is great considering the support and ease of the job, benefits are above-average, and the culture of employee support is great, but could use some improvement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Corporate leadership team? Not completely familiar with them and I don't always agree with their decisions and level of communication, but... overall they know what they're doing. Direct leadership team is outstanding. Would recommend.
