The pay is low for a store making so much money.

better health insurance - could get better on the market

Call center workers fully participate in making profits for the company, but low pay, crappy hours and schedules, few benefits. Workers are expected to be super rah-rah about the company.

It was a group interview. Very goofy and it was clear that they were just looking to hire everyone. They just needed bodies to help get the new store together.

the questions are geared towards sussing out information that doesn't relate to the job
