Our manager is a great person and leader.
Corporate leadership team? Not completely familiar with them and I don't always agree with their decisions and level of communication, but... overall they know what they're doing. Direct leadership team is outstanding. Would recommend.

Let us do our jobs without hovering over us and talking in our earpiece all day.
Let us do our jobs without telling us what we're doing wrong all the time. They need more experience in people skills as well.
