What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was a group interview. Very goofy and it was clear that they were just looking to hire everyone. They just needed bodies to help get the new store together.
It was a group interview. Super goofy with these dumb team building exercises. It was embarrassing to be a part of
Be 100% clear about job duties, time line and what needs to be done while with the company
the questions are geared towards sussing out information that doesn't relate to the job
Hiring process was impersonal, clearly, hiring is not individual, just "hire lots of of adequate workers"
