Leadership truly listens. They may not be able to act upon all suggestions but they do take the time to listen and really do act upon things that they can.

I love that it's a generous plan that we can pick and choose what we need.

LL Bean offers an amazing benefit package - generous medical with company paid HSA, 401K, dental, so much time off that I have a hard time using it all! Amazing company and amazing benefits

What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are really a TEAM - no one is above another. We respect one another and bounce ideas off eachother.

That I have my space to do my work in. I can work at my own pace without someone breathing down my neck. I'm trusted to do the work assigned to me.
