Friendly, energetic, extremely helpful, calm environment, no drama

Leadership is very encouraging. We are allowed to borrow all the outdoor equipment we sell and enjoy nature. Everybody is so nice.

That I can work in a stress free environment, there is only positive vibes, everyone is very friendly

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some days I work on the phone exclusively. That’s the worst part. I don’t enjoy coming into those days. I like working online on Live Chat and Email. The worst part is when you’re scheduled for internet work, then you get switched to phones for the day out of nowhere.
