We are trusted to do a good job, and nobody is ever harsh. It’s a big team-effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership is very encouraging. We are allowed to borrow all the outdoor equipment we sell and enjoy nature. Everybody is so nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our leader is always there to help us, and she always leave so us alone to do our own work. Nobody is ever “staring over our shoulders.”
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some days I work on the phone exclusively. That’s the worst part. I don’t enjoy coming into those days. I like working online on Live Chat and Email. The worst part is when you’re scheduled for internet work, then you get switched to phones for the day out of nowhere.
