My team! Positive vibes all around.

It was challenging but well-structured. Given lot's of information ahead of time to prepare adequately.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear progression, consistent recognition and feedback. Keeps me motivated to work hard, but doesn't micro manage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people, competitive - but at the same time everyone recognizes each-other's accomplishments. It's pretty symbiotic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team - genuinely excited to come into work daily with my friends. Open door policy, everyone understands that their colleagues are capable and high-performing. I'll gladly accept feedback or advice from anyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The stock options seem to be a bit convoluted. To my knowledge, some people get them, and some don't? I've heard from different people, different things. Would be nice to get some more clarity on this - because I'd obviously like to have some skin in the game for this rocket ship.
