Lear tries to make it seem like they are changing to be more modernized when really the old-school corporate culture and politics is severely embedded into the company. Also, they like to bandaid issues rather than fix it for the long run because it is the cheaper and faster option (not sustainable)

More flexibility and encouragement of work-life balance. Encourage employees to attend HR and ERG events meant to improve the culture but people are currently scared to.
