Review from Operations Dept

Siempre buscan el trabajo en equipo y el aporte de todos es esencial

Open to ideas for improvement

They get the job done

They are friendly and fast

Review from Operations Dept

I know what to do on my position, and how to help the company.

Leadership is good , challenges and motivation but without a system of bonuses for annual work people. Not feeling being recognized for the quality of their work , in Tangier only band 4 and above are getting bonuses at the end of each year. Band 2 and 3 are not considered wich is not a equity

They treated us like people. They were very understanding and compassionate.

They are very personable to everyone

When you work together as a team the accomplishments are endless

The togetherness and willingness to help others

Their dedication at work that despite of the fall-they stand, encourage the people to work hard.

Es estar comprometidos realmente. Estar disciplinado para trasmitir el ejemplo como lídere

Review from Product Dept

The leadership team needs to think of the production workers as the back bone of the company and treat them with respect.

Review from Product Dept

The leadership team is fantastic.

Review from Operations Dept

Our new executive team is making the company a much better place to work with flex time, relaxed dress code, and a better work environment. This is counter to the old style of management of the prior CEOs where you were forced to wear a tie and work outdated work hours without flexibility.

Review from IT Dept

I can make my own choices

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improvement starts with the senior team's commitment to change and growth. Rather than operating in isolation, they should prioritize fostering open dialogue across departments. My experience at Lear revealed a major disconnect in plant leadership. They seemed unaware of my core responsibilities.

Review from IT Dept

Managing people and ensuring their needs are met.

Everything, quality, safety, end the bullying, end favouritism, training

Need to follow proper direction. Need to learn their jobs as well as the jobs of the people who work for them. Need upper management to take their jobs seriously and respect those who are doing the work. Hire people without past indiscretions that will cause future problems.

Helping and not just standing back watching

better investment in working people ( workersclass) and into the infrastructure like computers and innovations
