I love my job for the most part, but my manager is increasingly difficult to work for. There is very little positive feedback, and she consistently speaks to me in disrespectful ways in front of patients and other coworkers.

Feedback, both positive and negative. Theres a distinct lack of positive feedback, and the negative feedback is frequently disrespectful and not constructive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are incredible, and we love to help each other. I have yet to meet another team so happy to have each others backs.
