Overworking their teams when they fail to keep people employed do to their negligence.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team, not including management, I'd supportive and always willing to lend a hand when we're overburdened.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management looks out for themselves and each other, and there's no transparency. Stop having a them vs. us mentality. If you value your support workers, who are the foundation of your company and doing the actual hard work, treat them with respect.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Treat your support staff with respect. Answer their emails and questions in a timely manner. Check in to see if they're overwhelmed. Stop assigning work that should be getting done by other departments. Realize that corporate and mental health mentalities do not mesh. You're burning your staff out.
