Like all other mental health agencies, lifestance has become. Western psych is gone and in comes the machine. Get your indeoendent license and be private pay or accept insurance. This is just another mill where interns are what is desired. Dont bother.

Leadership. Collaboration. Consultation. Training. Staff meetings that are worthy of being there as they arent paid.
