What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company is German. They only care about the German employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should be paid more for working holidays. There should be a clear path for how to advance in an area and there is not, it is very arbitrary who is selected to move up a level and whether or not they get an increase. There are secret mid year raises for favorites, no one knows how to get one.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I enjoy the people I work with.
