The company changes directives too often. The have too many run down stores they do nothing about . They pay ASMs too low a rate and have a hard time finding quality employees. The expectations and the pay do not match. The installation company they partner with add items to the estimate.

They sell defective product and they dont do much for it
What are some of the best things about your team?
When you work in a store you tend to have to lean on each other way more than you should have to. The company staffs 3-4 people in most stores. Always understaffed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honesty would be something i would like to see this company get back to. They partner with installation companies they try and sneak added charges in, while the company has asked us NOT to go over each line with our customers. Very unethical.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is too much if corporate thinking something is working because they say so. The pay is too low in most cases so you have people working for you who will jump to a new job without hesitation. Be honest with your customers again
