High stress, long hours. Everyone in my department works on vacations, late nights. Very short term reactive company.

Tedious, repetitive, only challenge anymore is how much can you do as quickly as possible

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listen to regular employees rather than just the leadership. There is a high rate of people leaving the company. There is definitely a reason.
