I would like an option to get better benefits that suit someone who lives in a rural area such as where I live.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I get to work as a 1099 contractor with a company who supports my desire to have a hands-off manager while still getting the support I need for things like lost items, road hazards, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to set my own hours and this works with my home life / work life balance. I get to drive different places, which keeps boredom at bay. I get to talk with different people which is eye opening and I learn something new all the time.
