Well rating is flawed as questions here cannot answer appropriately. Team does need to listen to driver's and should be required to having been a driver even to be part of team.

For one aspect is not even equivalent to minimum wage prior to Lyft taking their percentage. Nothing for longevity either, rates for are too low to profit after expenses.
