Review from Customer Support Dept

More compensation, better health benefits, quit cutting rates and while giving us more and more work

Review from Operations Dept

I would like an option to get better benefits that suit someone who lives in a rural area such as where I live.

Review from Operations Dept

The pay is garbage, our benefits have been stripped pre-IPO and no equity is available to the frontline employees in the Hubs and XD locations (We are second class citizens)

Review from Customer Support Dept

Their compensation seems to be OK.

Review from Operations Dept

Offering benefits to all employees

Review from Operations Dept

Easier bonus amounts each week.

Having equal opportunities for routes, and support, and having the ability to fully disconnect from company.

Review from Sales Dept

If we got paid a hourly rate of 4.00$ hr

Review from Operations Dept

For one aspect is not even equivalent to minimum wage prior to Lyft taking their percentage. Nothing for longevity either, rates for are too low to profit after expenses.
