My teammates and managers have been friendly and supportive. I also really enjoy the flexibility, independence, and opportunities to grow. Two complaints: 1. Our benefits are bad, especially dental and retirement 2. We need an office with natural light, non-depressing decor and drinkable coffee

Solving a tough problem, especially one that has never come up at Maestro before
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are no blame games. Everyone is much more concerned with getting to the right answer than convincing people that any one idea is correct. And when things go wrong, we try to learn from it instead of assigning responsibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Any time I ask for help, I know that at least one person will drop what she's doing to get me out of a tough spot People are fun and friendly. I genuinely enjoy spending time with almost all of my coworkers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is open minded about my ideas and ambitions. If I want to try something new, learn a new skill, or break from the usual way of doing things, I'm never told "that's not really part of your role" or "we don't do XYZ"
