What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the higher than average yearly salary, couple with the promise of bonuses based on successful performance of standard duties.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team genuinely cares about each other and they you you know it. People take the extra couple of minutes to try to put a smile on your face. The team also appreciates each other in a way that isn't common at other firms.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team at ManTech is invested in the success of the individual as much as, if not more than the success of the company as a whole. It seems like they truly believe that a strong company is built upon the foundation of happy and successful employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company allows you enough freedom to find success in your own way. We are not micro managed, but we are also given help when needed. Also working in a very diverse environment brings a broad range of experiences and ideas that leads to the overall success of the firm.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the chance to be a positive force in the lives of each person I speak with on a daily basis makes what I do all the more enjoyable. When I call people and tell them ManTech is interested in them for a position at the company, I can hear how excited people are over the phone.
