Overall, I've had an extremely positive experience. My work station was delivered to me, I have access to training, my leadership is accommodating with my work/life balance as long as my job gets done, and I work with a great team.

The base salary. Our health/dental/vision benefits package is about average.

My team is made of a conglomerate of different ethnic backgrounds and stages of careers but we are all working towards a common goal.

I'm most happy that my leadership trusts that I will get the job done and empowers me to take initiatives to grow into a leadership role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my leadership is empathetic to the need of having a balanced work/life schedule. I also like that my manager takes the time to check in on our team.
