So the culture here is very differernt from any other. The pace is very fast and ever changing, that can be good and bad. Sometimes it burns you out and you just say to yourself, it would be great to have a more normalized week where we are not constantly pushing and constantly changing.

They are hard working and support my objectives.

Passion for the Mission, as it always has been.

They are caring and engaged with all levels of staff, and are accessible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being able to make a bonus. It is very difficult with new metrics and expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fast pace, however, with that said, there is alot of change. Constant change, and it can be overwhelming at times. We have weekly priorities that are just that, always changing, and it does not need to be that way, we need a better approach then just reacting weekly.
