I started at an entry-level position and was put in position of greater responsibility, then eventually moved to my current position. I continue to take on more responsibility, but reached the limit for promotion within my current position. However, I am very supported by my manager team.

Quality individuals, strong ethics and strong shared culture of customer support and service. Fun and smart individuals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think some employees' pay rates need to be re-evaluated based on changes in market. New employees are coming on at higher starting rates. Additionally the work load has increased beyond what the compensation has.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are continuously looking for new and better ways to make the employee experience at ManTech a good experience, and to help employees achieve career goals at ManTech, in addition to their attention to our customers.
