Overall I have been very happy at ManTech. I have been promoted several times and feel secure in my position. Work is often hectic and that does affect work-life balance, but I know that the work I'm doing is meaningful and impacts the rest of the workforce.

Leadership is focused on career development and invests heavily in the future of our workforce.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401(k) match and PTO are fantastic, and I am happy with my annual salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are ourselves and are all very honest with each other. No one feels like they need to put on a show. Our department head brings that kind of attitude and it trickles down to the rest of us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on development and emphasis on caring for our workforce. For example, the way the pandemic has been handled is outstanding. Frequent communication, fundraising, PTO donations, flexible schedules....it's great to not have to worry about my job during such a chaotic time.
