I have spent 17+ yrs with MarketStar. It is truly a great company to work for! Our CEO really takes the time to get know the employees. I also feel that he truly cares not just about who we are, and where we are going on the business growth aspect, but also on the personal growth scale.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have spent almost 19 yrs with my company, and have tried on numerous occasions to advance, and have been a team leader on each client team I have worked for and with. I have had mutliple roadblocks witth growing into leadership, but leadership skills, loyalty, and hardwork are not the trend.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is truly engaged with employees, in helping us grow personally and professionally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a tight knit family, and emit comraderie and team effort; which is highly valued.

Leadership is pushing towards growth initiatives for the company as a whole, and moving towards global coverage.

Knowing the kind of value that I bring each day, not just to our client, but also to my fellow teammates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a full cohesiveness and trust factor that resides within our team. We work well together, and respect each other highly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
MarketStar has taken upon themselves, to compensate for the cost of healthcare, and has helped significantly in keeping our out of pocket costs down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is consistently stated that we are an all inclusive environment, but its not based on work ethic, but more of a who you know.
What makes you most happy at work?
New ideas are welcomed, and encouraged. We are not siloed, and are allowed to function to the best of our abilities; where we are not micromanaged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most postive about our company, is that now we are in an environment that allows a work from home narrative; which works well with mental health struggles.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team functions very well, and we are constantly lifting each other up, and helping each other, along with consistently brainstorming and being open to new ideas, it allows our team to grow with the needs of our clients.
