Being able to talk to 2 people versus just 1. Getting an idea of what exactly the role of the job is and feeling comfortable.

The ability to reach out at any given time with any questions and concerns, knowing they will be there for me. It's important to have leadership that cares.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Never passing judgement with anyone. It is a carefree zone, where you can be open with each other. Having the ability to join weekly meetings/huddles to go over things and be able to ask any questions during these.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to talk to someone each day. The ability to get feedback from every customer on their experience they had on their chat. Knowing I have a team that supports me and passes me feedback to become successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being able to have daily conversations with people who make your day brighter. Reaching out to people on the team with any questions or concerns and getting feedback to help lead me in the right direction to helping me reach my goals and leave customers with a great experience.
