Through all levels of the company, feedback is encouraged and most importantly heard and applied.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay scale is a little light compared to other companies with similar positions. Benefits are great but pay could be more competitive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a newer employee, many of them know me by name already and are incredibly friendly. They treat you as a partner in the business, not just a subordinate.
