My role is currently paid under market value; however, the executive is working on COLA increases.

It was a fast and easy process. I was interviewed and hired in less than two weeks.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
All benefits are available to employees the first of the month after hire. Above and beyond benefits such as tuition reimbursement, childcare/qualified dependent reimbursement, 4 1/2 weeks off the first year. Vested in 401K from the start.
