What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork at every level of the company that I work with on a daily basis. From VP, to Director, Program Managers, Account Rep., and Support staff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership to date is honest and transparent and for me that helps me understand where I am in my growth and development journey. Also willing to assist in solving challenges and providing direction to me in both the short term and the long term.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I am very appreciative of the opportunity that I have today to work with Marketstar. My experience and professional skills are more lucrative on the open market. That being said Marketstar provided me with the opportunity and that has real value as well and is noted and appreciated.
