What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can walk through the hallway or join a Teams/Zoom call as a stranger... and be welcomed with open arms, trusted, and respected.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
C-suite and VPs regularly engage with the workforce and lead through example. They are understanding and seek to build policy, culture, and process from the ground, up, not the other way around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company will pour affirmations, enhanced benefits, recognition, and extended education into employees. However, it is difficult for quality performers to reach new levels in compensation, in comparison to other industries I've been in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviews were on-site at HQ. It was 3 rounds with some project-based tryouts. Recruiting team was great to work with and communicated status updates. Full timeline was about 3 weeks from submission to decision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and I have found ways to connect with each other beyond the normal work chatter. This has created a more enjoyable culture at work while still holding professionalism. We are a unique team with many areas to learn and grow from one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
We are treated like adults. Period. Yes, some functions require meticulous time tracking and coverage models, but at the end of the day, in this 2022 world, we have the ability and permission to be flexible in the way we accomplish our tasks and complete projects.
