MarketStar is a great place to work. The environment is positive and fun. I've learned a lot working at MarketStar and have been able to grow my sales experience exponentially.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Engagement is great. The team is super supportive with one another.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

You can be yourself. Everyone has their own unique voice that can be shared without judgement.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits are decent and the premium is fair. Most of the doctors I've always used accept the insurance offered.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interaction was very conversational rather than being transactional. It didn't feel like a typically interview where they're reading a list of questions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Management is very understanding. The rule is family comes first. My leadership has taught me a lot about being a better salesperson. We're given everything we need to succeed and if we need something or support to obtain our goals, help in getting what's needed.
