They are very encouraging and understanding. Super supportive of parents and offer support and flexibility with parenting needs.

They keep the work fun. They are really funny but also supportive to all team members. We look out for each other and help each other grow and learn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On the lower end of pay for the work we do. But they make up for it with their culture and benefits. They also open a lot of doors to gain experience that will help you advance down the road.
