This was such a great comapny a few years back. Now, we're operating as a fraternity/sorority house, and they don't understand why theyre hemmoraging talented people. There's no strategy, just tactics. The company urgently needs direction and a chance of leadership on a few fronts.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Horrible pay compared to industry. If you're claiming to be tech, you have to pay like it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Strategy and synergy. We dont have a plan. We're just operating business as usual from the 90s expecting it to work. It doesnt.
