What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team in incredible approachable, from my manager all the way up to our CEO. Everyone at the executive level is open and willing to sit down and share advice.

Incredibly fair car allowance, on top of a fair salary

I not only have an opportunity to bonus with the team...they offer individual awards as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More transparency. We get our sales goals on a post-it note. It is the same with goal attainment. Sometimes, I wonder if they are running two sets of books.
