What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like how my VP gives me a lot of white space to be creative in my role, and he trusts my judgment. I know I can count on him to hear my ideas and advocate for doing the right thing by our customers.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We are fairly compensated, and McGraw Hill uses incentives and bonuses to motivate the team. But since not everyone is motivated, after a certain extent, monetarily, McGraw Hill has additional ways to recognize top performers through sales awards, contests, assignments, mentorships and other ways.
