If you fall under great leadership at MDT, it's a fantastic place to work. I find it to have a ways to go in terms of equality of opportunity for advancement between men and women. They still promote men into new roles vs side-step women into new roles to prove they can do the job b/4 promotion

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The employer match on the 510k is I think top notch for industry. They've started to add additional family planning benefits that make them more competitive
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy but not always fair and equitable. I think there needs to be more attention to hiring diverse candidates in terms of ethnic, gender and experience backgrounds
